History: Frazimex Nigeria Limited was incorporated in 1995 under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Frazimex is a private Limited Liability Oil and Gas company that pools the expertise of very experienced and exposed engineers and technicians, to provide oil and gas exploration, and production services within the industry. Frazimex Limited is the parent company and has its core areas of activities explored through the following three companies under the group:

The company was incorporated in 2005, as a unit of Frazimex Ltd. This unit was set up to carry out swamp rig operation and rig support services. It currently operates two swamp rigs namely- Searex VI and Searex XII. Searex XII has been deployed on a three-year drilling contract for CONOIL/BELBOP since March 2006. Searex-VI is currently undergoing rehabilitation, awaiting redeployment for services in Niger Delta, Nigeria.

Frazimex is a COREN registered company which was incorporated in 2005, as a unit of Frazimex Ltd, to be able to fully explore the business of Engineering Design activities. This unit has been fully functional with modern Computer Aided Engineering Design Facilities, Software and with very experienced and qualified professionals in the various disciplines of Oil and Gas Engineering.

The company was incorporated in 2005, as a unit of Frazimex Limited. Frazimex Ltd. alliance partners include the following local and international companies:

2. TRANSOCEAN Inc. , Huston, USA.
3. WELL STREAM Ltd., Newcastle, USA.
4. PROPLANT Inc., Houston, USA.
